| | - When enrolling a child at Starside, please bring some form of identification for your child (acceptable forms of ID include: birth certificate, Social Security card, hospital birth record, passport) and proof of your child's immunization history. Also, bring in proof of residency (water bill, cable bill, utility bill are acceptable.)
- If you are building a house in our area but will not be residing in it when school starts, please bring the contract for your house.
