Girls’ Basketball head coach John McFall is entering his third year at Mill Valley High  School. His first two seasons have been very successful with the Lady Jags, compiling a 35 – 8 record.  Last years’ squad won a school record 18 games and won the first Kaw Valley League Championship in school history.   Coach McFall was inducted into the Kansas  Basketball Coaches Associations’ Hall of Fame in 2012 and the Greater Kansas City Basketball Coaches Associations’ Hall of Fame in 2009.  He brings an impressive resume to the Lady Jaguar program having posted a career record of 459 – 194.  During his tenure as a boys coach his teams won numerous Sunflower League Championships and he took his teams to 13 State Tournaments advancing to the Final Four on 8 occasions.  He has guided his teams to 6 State Championship games and won State Championships in 1997 and 2004.

Coach O’Neill enters his second season as the Lady Jags Junior Varsity Coach. O'Neill is a graduate of Ottawa University in 2005. He is in his third year at Mill Valley High School, teaching Physical Education.
