New students residing within the Mill Valley High School boundaries may enroll by scheduling an enrollment appointment by calling 422-4351. 

 If you are not sure that your address is within Mill Valley boundaries, the following link will connect you to the school locator service, which can assist you in finding what school serves your address: www.usd232.org/locator.

Please bring the following documentation to your scheduled appointment.  Additional documents may be requested for certain circumstances.  If you are having something faxed to us, please call to make sure it has been received before you come to your appointment.  We will not be able to enroll new students without all requested documentation. 

• Proof of residence (copy of contract/lease or a current utility bill)
• Transcript, schedule and withdrawal grades
• Birth certificate
• Immunization record

We will need to know if your student has an IEP.  If an IEP is in place, we request that a copy is provided prior to your appointment.

Students are encouraged to attend the enrollment appointment, as their class schedules will be created at that time.
