Hand Sanitizer
The school district, acting upon a recommendation from health experts at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, placed hand sanitizer in every classroom and common space for students and staff members. Teachers will supervise the student use of hand sanitizer. Keeping hands clean throughout the day helps fight the spread of illness. |

Symptoms of seasonal flu and 2009 H1N1 flu can include:
Fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills, fatigue and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea.
Some people sick with the flu will not have a fever.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when you cough or sneeze.
Wash hands frequently with soap and water. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. Germs from your hands enter your body this way.
Avoid close contact with sick people.
If you are ill, stay home and contact your doctor.
Stay healthy by eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, getting adequate rest, and adequate exercise.
