Mill Valley High School will be holding it's annual physical night on Wednesday, May 15th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. The cost is $20 per physical, and this physical will serve as the physical on file for all activities during the 2013-2014 school year. It is open all students entering the 7th-12th grades at any High School or Middle School in the district. The following attachments provide information on physical night, the forms needed for the evening (time is saved if they are completed ahead of time), and a map detailing the route students will take during the course of the evening.
