    4. Print, read, and sign contract (also requires parent/guardian signature) 

    5. Print and complete peer tutoring permission form (IF you want to be added to peer tutoring list; also requires parent/guardian signature) 

    6. Add meeting dates to your planner, calendar, or phone 

    7. Print service logs and file in a safe place (note due dates for each semester); complete log as you complete your hours!
