With unanimous approval from the USD 232 Board of Education, the district selected FastBridge Learning to replace MAP, starting in the winter window of the 2018-2019 school year.  FastBridge has multiple benefits over MAP, such as:

    • universal screeners given to students, three times each year
    • progress monitoring to more frequently assess student skills
    • predictive assessments for state assessment achievement
    • adaptive, computer-based measures
    • behavior assessments with numeric value and ranges
    • reports for staff and parents
    • less time spent on formalized testing

We look forward to sharing this information with families so they are able to appreciate the holistic consideration given to each student, as we partner to support both academic and social-emotional student growth.
