Mrs. Gina Miller

Hello!!

Welcome to my Computers & Technology Education pages!  My goal as a CTE teacher is to help my students learn how to use tech tools effectively and innovatively.

This is my fifth year in the De Soto school district and my 27th year in education.  I have taught computer-related classes at the middle school level for 17 years. I have also taught middle school language arts, middle school math, middle school journalism, and at the elementary level in 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

I attended Emporia State University to earn my education degree and graduated with a Master's in Instructional Design & Technology from Emporia State in spring of 2018. I also have certificates in Teaching with Technology and Digital Learning.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, reading, watching movies, hanging out with friends and family, and watching/playing various sports.

I have high expectations for my students because I love watching them grow as they commit to a task, work hard toward the task, and achieve success!
