USD 232 Special Services Directory Information Form
In support of our effort to connect families in the district, we have created an optional information form for our SPED Families. Please complete one form for each child who receives Special Services with USD 232. By completing this form, your family is agreeing to share their contact information in the hopes of being connected with other families in USD 232 with similar interests or exceptionalities. This information will only be shared with other families who are also "opting" in and will be managed by USD 232 administration to keep this information secure.

USD 232 SPED Parent Guidebook to the IEP Process
The USD 232 Special Services Department developed a guidebook to help parents & guardians of a student with exceptionalities who receives special education services. This resource will help you understand the Individualized Education Program (IEP) and the importance of your participation in developing your child’s IEP.
