Thanks to your feedback, we launched a wellness incentive in January 2026 — employees who earn 3,000 points in Blue Cross Blue Shield's A Healthier You by November 15, 2026 will receive a $30/month premium discount for 2027.
How It Works
- Participate in various wellness activities to accumulate points through A Healthier You.
- Earn 3,000 points by November 15, 2026, to receive a $30 discount on your monthly medical premiums for the 2027 plan year. That’s an annual savings of $360!
Bonus for Spouses
- Earn an extra $30 annual premium savings by having your spouse participate in the program. Spouses covered on the medical plan can also earn monthly premium savings by earning 3,000 points through A Healthier You.

- Health Risk Assessment that can help identify risk factors that might affect your wellbeing
- Health Library for a variety of educational topics
- Preventive care reminders
- The option to connect a device to track your steps, sleep, nutrition, and more
- Earn points to earn a premium discount
