FMLA

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a law that allows eligible employees to take unpaid leave for family and medical reasons. The FMLA provides employees up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave per year, and requires that employee's group health benefits be maintained during their leave.
