Welcome to Mill Creek Middle School! We hope you will find this information helpful as you enroll your student in our building!
The first step in the enrollment process is to complete an enrollment packet. You can complete this at MCMS or you can select the "New Student Enrollment Packet" document on the previous page, complete it at home, and return it to the school.
In order to enroll in USD 232, you must provide the following documents:
- Completed Enrollment Packet
- Proof of residency
- Birth certificate
- Individalized Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan, if applicable
- Grades/schedule from previous school, if applicable
Once we have received all the documenation listed above, a counselor will schedule a meeting with you and your student to go over the schedule, as well as a tour of the building. The counselors will make arrangements with teachers to have students show them where to go throughout the day.
We know transition to a new school can be difficult for some students, especially in middle school. Part of our committment to you is to insure all new students and families feel welcome at MCMS. We will check on your student at least once during the first day to make sure he/she is doing okay. We will also follow-up with the parents/guardians after the first day to see how the student is adjusting.
