Debate description:

Policy Debate is a co-curricular course in which students compete against other area schools at weekend tournaments. Students debate on teams of two and argue both sides of an assigned resolution throughout the season. Our regular season runs from September through December and culminates in the KSHSAA State Debate Tournament alongside additional opportunities to qualify for the NSDA and NCFL national tournaments in the summer.
