    Please do not forget to bring your canned items to the Catty Shack  for the food drive. The seminar with the most donated cans receives a free seminar party hosted by The Catty Shack. 

     

    Because of the potential weather, the dance team will be performing at Olathe South on Sunday and Monday.  Please check twitter for official times.

     

    Psych Club will be hosting a meeting about dreams next Tuesday, January 22 during seminar in room B134. Come enjoy some hot chocolate and discuss some of your strangest dreams.

     

    There will be a Girls Swim and Dive team meeting Wednesday, January 23 in the Senior Café during seminar for any interested members. Please come to meet your new coach and receive information on the upcoming season.

     

    There will be a Youth for Refugees meeting next Wednesday, January 23 at 7:20 a.m. in Mr. Dunback’s room!

     

    Knitting has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve physical and mental well-being.  It’s also the trendy new thing to do!  Interested in learning more?  Come to an informational meeting Tuesday, January 22 during seminar.  We’ll meet in Ms. G’s room which is B118.  See you there.

    Winter Homecoming, (aka WOCO), is Saturday, February 2. If you are bringing an outside guest, you will need to have a form completed and turned into the office by Wednesday, January 30. Outside guest passes are now available in the office.

     

    Driver’s Ed forms are available in the office and online. Class starts Wednesday, January 23 and is $225.

     

    Detentions today are in the office.

    There will not be quiz bowl practice after school today.

     

    Please do not forget about The Catty Shack food drive going on through this Friday.  Food pantries have a huge decrease in donations after the holidays.  Bring in your canned items and make a difference. The seminar with the most donated cans receives a free seminar party hosted by The Catty Shack.  Currently Mrs. Meeks seminar is in the lead.

    MV OUTREACH will have their monthly meeting today in the commons after announcements.  All are welcome to join even if you haven’t attended a meeting this year.  Fresh cookies will be provided to those that attend!

    Varsity National Art Honor Society Members: Are you in need of volunteer hours? We will be meeting in room C118 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. every Monday to work on centerpieces for the Paint the Town event happening on Saturday, January 26.  We will not meet on Monday, January 21.
