  • USD 232 Special Services Directory Information Form

In support of our effort to connect families in the district, we have created an optional information form for our SPED Families. Please complete one form for each child who receives Special Services with USD 232.  By completing this form, your family is agreeing to share their contact information in the hopes of being connected with other families in USD 232 with similar interests or exceptionalities. This information will only be shared with other families who are also "opting" in and will be managed by USD 232 administration to keep this information secure.
