MCMS administrator named 2019 Assistant Principal of the Year
The Kansas Association of Middle School Administrators (KAMSA) named Denise Legore Seawood as its 2019 Assistant Principal of the Year. Legore Seawood is the assistant principal at Mill Creek Middle School in Lenexa. She received the award at a special ceremony on Monday, September 23.
The award celebrates individuals who display outstanding leadership at the middle school level. Educators are nominated from across the state and selected annually by the association.
