Congratulations to the PE Program at MCMS! They received a $2000 School Spotlight Grant from the USD232 Education Foundation to purchase heart rate monitors for students to utilize during PE classes. While monitoring their heart rates and activity levels, this will allow students to learn more about how their body works, the importance and benefits of physical activity, and create a community connection with local health establishments. This was a collaborative effort by PE Coach Kylie Corneliusen and Associate Principal Denise Legore Seawood. Congratulations Mustangs In Action!
