We are working to build a reliable, unified two-way radio communications system utilizing portable radios, which are crucial in times of emergencies. Current portable communications systems are not integrated or uniform across our schools. A new, updated system would enhance communications across the district, as well as integration capabilities with first responders. This project was approved by the Board of Education on May 6, 2019.
