The USD 232 Education Foundation was pleased to award De Soto High School a $2500 Spotlight Grant again this year for #FutureReadyDay. 
This program helps prepare students for educational opportunities after high school. DHS takes every junior on a campus visit to a post-secondary institution. Juniors are given several options to choose from, including colleges, community colleges, and technical schools. This gives them the opportunity to visualize opportunities for their future, and learn about entry requirements and different degree programs and jobs.
