Starside Elementary was awarded a School Spotlight Grant to help purchase Calm Down Sensory Kits for every classroom. The kits will be used by students needing to self-regulate so they can return to regular classroom activities and learning as quickly as possible.  These kits will benefit the whole classroom as well as the individual student by providing resources to regulate behaviors.
