Your student will not be able to try out for basketball unless the following items are completed properly and on file in the office at MTMS.

1.  KSHSAA Physical (be sure to say KSHSAA because no other physical will count)

3.  Activity Participation Fee

4.  Catastrophic Insurance Fee S

5.  Student Online Athletic Registration through Skyward

6.  Parent/Guardian Online Athletic Registration through Skyward
